Ageing :  Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Ageing for 15 months.

Character :  Very dark colour. Open nose with the aromas of raspberries, cherries, black currants and chocolate. On the palate, powerful, nice texture with the flavour of wild berries and black pepper. The tannins are silky and the finish is long

Gastronomy :  Irish stew,  game stew, Parmigiana (Sicilian gratin), Cheese as Beaufort, Brie de Meaux

Serving suggestions :  Temperature:  18°C, Decant before serving in a large glass
