Terroir :  Fine gravel, argil and grey marl on fractured limestone

Vintage :  Warm year, dry summer and autumn

Grape varieties :  65 % Roussanne, 35 % Bourboulenc

Plantation density :  4’400 plants/ha

Origin of the plants :  Massal selection

Cultivation technic :  Organic culture

Fertilizing :  Rare, of organic origin and compost

Harvest :  By hand. Grapes sorted before and after destemming

Yield :  25 hl/ha

Ageing :  9 months in oak barrels and tanks. Stirring of the lees

Character :  Bright golden colour. Scents of fresh fruits like peach, apricot and also floral. On the palate this wine is elegant, harmony and silky smooth with nice maturity. It has a long finish

Ageing potential :  7-8 years

Gastronomy :  Goes very well with scallops, seafood chowder, fish, white meat or roasted veal

Serving suggestions :  Temperature:  12 – 14°C
